Registration is open only upon request for non-profit and budgetary organizations. The service was created on the basis of the commercial project surl.li, in order to support the activities of structurally important, systemic organizations and charitable foundations.
Why does e.surl.li exist?
Short link service surl.li has shortened millions of long links, thousands of them shortened by public, non-profit organizations, the social importance of whose work is difficult to overestimate. We decided to give the full functionality of the commercial platform to such organizations - for free!
